Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., by e-mail). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you requested services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportional to the services already provided up to the time you notify us of withdrawal.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

Your right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content or digital services not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun after you (i) expressly consented to the immediate start of performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and (ii) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
