Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content or digital services not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have:

expressly consented to our beginning the performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and

acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
For services, the right of withdrawal also expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
