There are plenty of reasons why the data you imported does not show correctly in LogTen. Or may be not at all.

No Data At all?

  • Most important is that you provide a valid e-mail for the importer to send the data to. This needs to be done only once or when you change your mail address. The “PF” part is only needed if you are a First Officer and want to log PICus correctly or a captain to record take-off and landings. How To Import
  • Check your spam folder. All e-mails sent from flightimport.com are absolutely valid e-mails but especially if you use hotmail.com, live.com, or outlook.com accounts be sure to check your spam folder

Times are not correct?

  • Be sure to have autofill in LogTen only set to what is required (Night Time Calculation)

Aircraft Registration Missing?

  • flightimport.com automatically queries the aircraft registration and correctly adds the Make / Model and everything else, make sure you have not selected a default aircraft in LogTen
